Return Policy
Each piece of jewelry is individually handmade and custom made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted.However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or repair if applicable.
Please note: Slight variations in pearl color, shape, or surface texture are natural characteristics of Tahitian pearls and are not considered defects. We cannot accept returns for custom orders or items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
